The one and a half horsepower motor is air-cooled and permanently lubricated; this powerful grinder practically devours the meat fed into its oversized hopper (15W x 10L x 2.5H) and can grind up to 14 pounds per minute. The unique (patent-pending) head design also promotes high-speeds and efficient production. The Pro Series #22 is gear driven and the gears are metal, promoting optimal, quiet grinding; one of the safety features is that the unit has a circuit breaker, along with sturdy rubber non-slip feet, ensuring a steady and stable work base. The rugged solid metal construction make this a durable, solid machine capable of taking on big jobs. Includes a stainless steel chopper knife and a set of two S/S grinder plates (coarse & medium grinds) along with various funnels (20mm, 30mm & 40mm) and other assorted Sausage stuffing accessories.
