Masher B (center in photos) has a split and a discolored area on the bottom, both no doubt from vigorous use in the kitchen, but the piece is still stable and displays beautifully. All three mashers can stand up on their own. Masher A has MADE IN GERMANY carved onto the top of the pounder.
