Unusual ca. 1930's/40's chrome plated No-Pak mechanical ice cream scoop by Hamilton Beach Co. w/ circular hole in bowl (designed to give several additional servings per gallon, as it didn't compress the ice cream when it was scooped). Very nice overall (note: scraper sticks some once it gets past opening hole).
