Description This is a HO scale (1/87) undecorated shell of the C30-7R (Super 7) locomotive. The C30-7R is a rebuild of a U30C Locomotive to Dash-8 standards. The locomotive was used by GECX, TFM, MRS, and Ferromex. Would make an excellent locomotive for your own line. This model is designed it fit an Atlas U30C mechanism with slight modification. It is available in to shell styles. GECX used both styles. TFM and MRS used style 1 Ferromex used both styles. NOTE: This model is resin printed not injection molded and does not have the same quality as a body printed with thousands of dollars of injection molding equipment. It will require finishing work. The kit contains the following: 1. Resin parts only – some cleanup may be required by sanding or filing of model. Model is not painted. Parts include: a. Locomotive body Additional parts needed: 1.
