High-temperature cooking is its middle name—it’s lighter weight than cast iron and more long-lasting than nonstick, with plenty of perks under its lid. As one of the top pieces our community wanted to see, our wok will work ‘round-the-clock on everything from classic stir-fry to scrambled eggs. Compatible with all cooktops, including induction. Oven safe up to 660ºF (pan) and 425º F (lid). Black carbon steel with a tempered glass lid. Stainless-steel rack for steaming and draining. Wide base, flat bottom, and tall sides for versatility. Great for high-heat frying, boiling, and braising. Pre-seasoned and gets more nonstick with use.
