You can also simmer it to release the wonderful aroma of oranges, lemon, cinnamon and cloves during your next party or get together. 4 cups comes packaged in (2) two cup kraft brown bags with a front window. Please Note: When you simmer a potpourri the scent leaves the potpourri and is released into the air. The more you simmer it the more the scent fades. You only need about a 1/4 of cup to simmer in water in an electric simmering pot or in an old pan on the stove top. Be sure to bring the water to just a simmer, do not boil Refrigerate after each use and you can use over and over again. CAUTION: Keep an eye on the water level. Add more when necesary.
