This chinois is available in a choice of 2 sizes, each sold separately. Manufactured in France, this chinois has a body and handle made of one-piece Exoglass material, developed by Matfer, making it highly durable, non-stick, non-porous, and easy to sterilize, while the mesh is made of stainless steel making this incredibly hygienic and can withstand up to 430°F. While the body and handle are made of one-piece construction, maintaining sturdiness and durability, it is additionally enforced with a thick stainless steel reinforcement wire. Clean up can be just as easy, just stick it in the dishwasher!
