This allows you to activate the parking surveillance modes or connect to your dash cam via the cloud when your vehicle engine is off. The B-130X is the newest upgrade over the previous-generation B-124X. Faster charging, 25% more power capacity, slimmer design, and a smart wiring mode that automatically detects how the battery is wired to the vehicle’s electrical system, nice! Fast-Charging, Long-Lasting The battery recharges while driving and powers your dashcam when the ignition is off. Its sleek, compact enclosure houses a large-capacity battery (12.8V / 7,500mAh / 96Wh). Fast-Charging Reach a full charge in 50 minutes when B-130X is hardwired. 90 minutes if connected to an outlet. Long-lasting Parking Mode can last more than 30 hours with a single-channel DR900X Plus (19 hours with the dual-channel version). Connected The battery status can be checked wirelessly with the BlackVue App. Simple or Hardwired Installation Power Magic Ultra Battery has two installation modes, and with the new Wiring Auto Detection mode, the B-130X will adjust its charging current accordingly. The B-130X takes 90 minutes to reach a full charge from dead Hardwired installation The slightly more advanced option, connect the battery to the fuse panel for the fastest charging speed. A full charge from dead takes 50 minutes. Check Your Battery From Your Phone Connect Wirelessly When connected to the BlackVue App you can check the charge percentage, charging voltage, and remaining charge time. The app also displays the remaining Parking Mode time based on the dashcam’s power consumption. Fuel Gauge IC The new fuel gauge integrated circuit keeps track of electric currents—charge and discharge—over time, to give you the most accurate battery info. How does the B-130X compare to the B-124X? The B-130X manages to pack in 25% more power than the previous-generation B-124X while achieving a slimmer, more compact design. The B-130X also introduces a new component absent from its predecessor: a fuel gauge integrated circuit. This circuit allows for a more accurate read on battery usage and charging rates. Finally, while the B-124X requires you to manually switch between outlet and hardwire mode, the B-130X can detect how it's wired and switch automatically.
